Media Urged to Champion Gender Equality and Social Inclusion in Education
In a bold move to reshape the narrative around education in Zimbabwe, the Education Coalition of Zimbabwe (ECOZI) convened a high-level Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) training for media professionals in Harare this week. The initiative, attended by journalists, editors, radio producers, and social media influencers from across the country, aims to equip the media with the tools and knowledge to report on education through a gender-sensitive and inclusive lens.
